Delayed transcripts processed

The large queue of transcriptions that accumulated during recent processing issues has now been fully processed. Users should have received most, if not all, delayed transcripts. New transcripts are now being processed and delivered in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Platform issues resolved

Issues affecting slow transcription processing, analytics, and video conferencing have been resolved. Steps are being taken to enhance system stability and prevent future disruptions. Delayed transcripts have been processed.

Certificates for static meeting nodes failed to renew and admin expiration notifications also failed, resulting in a half-day downtime for the video conferencing platform before functionality was restored.
