2020/07/04 | This Saturday we're rolling out audio over screen share for all WebMeeting users. During the update, some users will be disconnected from their meeting. WebMeeting will continue to be available during the update, so users may rejoin their meetings by immediately logging back in after being disconnected.

2020/06/18 | We'll be performing live maintenance to all zones during the day. We're updating the WebMeeting backend MCU software to the latest available version which contains service reliability and stability improvements. Some users will be disconnected from their meetings and will need to reconnect manually by pressing the login button to continue.

2020/06/10 | We've detected issues related to recordings conversions that occurred as an effect our WebMeeting update and services deployments that were performed on Saturday 2020/06/06. Some recordings were not processed and in some cases an email may not have been received by users. Recording processing is in progress now which will result in all users affected in receiving their meeting report e-mails within the day. Meetings and their recordings are deleted 7 days after the date the meeting was scheduled to start & 7 days after a recording was created by a user, e.g recordings made and meetings scheduled to take place on 2020/06/06 will be auto-deleted exactly 1 week later. Additionally, we've detected a second fault that in some cases prevents some users from being logged out of their meeting. As a result users cannot re-login to that meeting as they are still considered as logged in. We are working towards a fix and target deployment date for Saturday 2020/06/13 for this second fault.

2020/06/06 | Today Saturday, the latest WebMeeting updates are being rolled out to the remainder of our customers in Europe. The latest changes provide improvements to meeting quality and remove the need for users to tamper with meeting quality settings regardless of what their connection speed is. 2020/05/31 | Zone-I (Americas) Unexpected Downtime

2020/05/31 | Unexpected downtime ocurred between ~19:00-20:00 on 2020/05/31 on Zone-I (Americas) where meetings were temporarily inaccessible. The fault was identified by NOC staff and rectified. The cause has been identified and a fix will be deployed on 2020/06/01.
