2021/02/08 | Zone-i America partial downtime

Monday February 08, 2021

2021/02/08 | Issues affecting our provider OVH US have caused some meeting servers on the zone-i (America) to go offline temporarily. The outage caused some users to be disconnected from their meetings. We are looking into the incident are we're taking active steps to mitgate these types of issues from occuring again in the future by adding several more servers from multiple other providers. The outage was temporary and only affected some servers. The outage duration was ~30 minutes long from 15:45 to 16:15 CET. No actions need to be taken other than to rejoin your meeting as there are several more meeting servers available and ready to accept user connections. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
