2023/08/09 | DigitalOcean's services in the UK region temporarily experienced connectivity issues between 10:00 - 10:15 AM GMT0. Service has been restored by DigitalOcean. During the outage, we expect that users will have been disconnected from their meetings and experienced poor video quality. New servers on Google Cloud were automatically started up to temporarily take over during the outage by DigitalOcean. These will remain online until quality of service can be satisfied.

2023/06/21 | A fault was detected in the Youtube streaming service for users in the South America region. The Youtube streaming service is expected to be unavailable in the region until a software update can be pushed to the region. The service is expected to be unavailable for the day of 7/21/2023 (Jul 21 2023)

2023/06/21 | We detected some connection timeouts on our conferencing servers in Russia and South Africa. The issue was detected around 7:30 UTC time, quickly investigated and fixed. Service was not impacted.

2023/06/10 | We are updating our Video Conferencing platform with our latest development features and bugfixes on June 10 2023. The updates involve certain operations that will require the platform to be unavailable for new meetings for approximately 10 minutes during our update. During this time, users already in meetings will be fine, but new users will not be able to join their meetings until the update is complete. After these updates, we're also going to perform a rolling update of all meeting servers which will require us to restart said services which will cause your meeting/s to disconnect just once. Users are urged to simply re-enter their meetings when they are disconnected as other already updated servers are always online and ready to accomodate you. Please report any issues on our forum on 3cx.com/forums. We apologize for the inconvenience the downtime from the update may cause.

2023/1/27 | EU Frankfurt 13, 16 hosts incident. Certificates on these hosts expired and certificate update and reload failed. The cause has been identified and has been resolved. The 2 hosts have also been updated manually and the issue has been resolved. The certificate update failure caused the 2 hosts to be unavailable for meetings but the meeting server autoscaler was able to bring up new hosts automatically to replace the affected hosts, so minimal disruption was caused.

2022/11/11 | Various updates are going to be pushed to our Video Conferencing platform over the weekend. For some users, a banner will appear inside your meeting indicating that you may experience a single disconnection from your meeting as the service is updated. The affected users should rejoin their meetings immediately since there will be many other meeting servers already updated and available to use. The update cycle will partially begin on Friday 11/11/2022 with no effects on users and will end by EOD Saturday 12/11/2022 with no interruption to the service beyond a few disconnections.

2022/11/04 | Europe host eu016-fra.3cx.net experienced issues related to excessive load and consequently was unavailable between 8:56AM and 9:15AM GMT+0. Users connected to this host will have experienced meeting issues during this timeframe and a consequent disconnection. The server was automatically removed from the server pool at 8:55 by our automated resource managment system upon reaching 50% resource utilization which had the effect of routing new users and meetings to other low resource usage hosts in the region in order to avoid further congesting the affected server's resources.at 8:56, resource usage increased to 95% which was unexpected to occur within a 1 minute timeframe. We're taking steps to prevent this from occuring in the future and expect these improvements to be available by Monday 2022/11/07. At this time, resource overutilization isues with host eu016-fra.3cx.net have been resolved and we're closely monitoring traffic.
